The Motel92 invites you to our charming sixteen-unit accommodations at Motel92, Auburndale ! We wish that you enjoy your time on the spacious accommodations and are available to assist in any manner possible. As a nuclear family motel, we suffer when customers cancel reservations with short or no notice. Such cancellations frequently result in our rooms being free at the last min, even during extremely busy periods. We appreciate your acceptance and comprehension of our policies.
Check-in/check-out
- Guests are permitted to checking in at 3.00 pm and check out by 11:00 am sharp. to leave sufficient time for our staff to arrange for the following guest.
- When available, late check-out is made accessible. The late check-out time is 4 p.m. and will incur a fixed cost of $20 (upto 2hrs.)
Payment and Verification of Stay
- Your card will be billed the first night’s deposit (plus applicable taxes and fees) to verify your reservation.
Short Stays
- Depending on occupancy, short visits may be available. Short stays are characterised as fewer than the minimum seasonal stay requirement.

- Clients who do not show for their reservation will be billed 50% of their total reservation, including taxes and fees, and the accommodation will be made available for subsequent reservations.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before to arrival will receive a full return of the deposit. 5 to 13 days before arrival, fifty percent of the deposit will be reimbursed. zero to four days prior to entry, the deposit is non-refundable.
- The motel’s amenities are reserved only for registered guests, per its policy. Guests who are not registered may enter the premises with prior authorisation. There is no parking available for guests who are not registered. We do not take reservations from individuals under the limit of 22.
- City of Auburndale has Noise Ordinance, The Motel92 has a noise ordinance. After 10:00 p.m., loud music, loud voices, and loud pool play are not permitted. Noise ordinances can be found at https://www.auburndalefl.com/apd-code-compliance/
- Our smoking policy prohibits smoking within our units. Charge of $200 for smoking in any rooms.
Cleaning Cost
- Each reservation will be charged a one-time cleaning fee. There is no daily housekeeping offered. At the front desk, guests can swap used towel for fresh ones.
- One parking place is included with each accommodation.
- Any damages incurred during the visit will be billed to the guest’s credit card on file.
